I love this store. It was well organized and felt and looked so clean! The staff I talked to were very pleasant and personable.I found all things on my list easily and was done in no time at all!I would recommend this store to everyone!

They preach twenty seven different ways to help the customer in the Employees better when it comes right down to it as an employee. If you don't jump in line where they need to be. Then they don't use the 27 different ways.They just figure out a way to get Rid of you they' Lie. straight in your face So I highly Recommend don't work At festival If the higher-ups had any clue they would probably come in and clean house.I came in with a tragedy in my life told the director. It didn't make any difference.Because I wasn't able to connect with the crew that's a reasonable I was fired.

Good place to shop. Friendly employees and they have a machine to get your vehicle registration tags.

Went to Festival this morning. I doubt I’ll go back. I’ve typically had a good experience here-except for today. When I passed the bakery, one of the long time associates greeted me. She’s lovely and been there forever. Now, I’ve been dealing with a death in the family, lack of sleep, and other personal issues bearing down on me. I admit I probably look fatigued and unhappy, which anyone would under the circumstances. I acknowledged the bakery worker, probably with a half hearted hello. A second bakery associate just a few feet away heard the acknowledgment and said to me-I think she was talking to me but didn’t look at me, and just said, have a nice day. Confused I didn’t respond. As I walked away, she said out loud, “Or NOT?” I was so embarrassed, appalled, and genuinely upset. I don’t think the trips across town are worth it anymore. Please do better Festival.

You absolutely need to check the dates on everything you buy from Festival. Especially if it's in their weekly ad. This week I went there for the cream of mushroom soup and green beans that were advertised. The entire stack of soup had a late October 2023 expiration date (two weeks from this review), and the entire stack of green beans had a December 2023 date (two months from this review). I buy these products at other stores with expiration dates at least two years out - not two months. It appears to me the business model is to sell nearly expired food without telling people why it's at a discount. I could list off ten other times this has happened to me in the past six months, but I just suggest you check the date before you buy anything from Festival. I'm done buying anything there except for items that don't expire.

When, you eat a bit of their potato salad, and you, throw up, on the spot, and have to wash your sheets, and clean the carpet, because, you couldn’t make it to the toilet. Well, enough said! Thanks Festival, for a great night!!
