I was in Sheboygan to surf when my brake pedal got spongy.
By the time I got to the Meineke shop my brakes were failing.
I got great help from the service writer and the mechanic.
They gave me a free brake check and found a big leak in a break line.
If they could have done the repairs right away I would have had them do it, but it was a Saturday afternoon, and they couldn't do the work till Monday. So I got a flat bed to take me and my van back to Milwaukee.

Friendly staff. Quick service. They already had my information from when I was a customer at auto helpers, which was convenient. Love the online inspection results with pictures and ability to approve work order online.

The Meineke in Sheboygan is wonderful. The service I received was outstanding. I was greeted with very friendly staff members. The service tech was excellent and took the time to explain the cause of my issue and what was done to fix it. I would highly recommend Meineke to all my families and friends.

I’ve always liked Meineke. When I heard it was opening in Sheboygan I was thrilled. Two vehicles repaired already and couldn’t be happier. Todd and his crew are great! Very responsive, courteous and transparent about repair work. I’m a loyal customer already!

The Manager and crew are stellar! Scheduling was a breeze. My breaks were inspected at no cost and without a long wait. I highly recommend Meineke for outstanding service!

I had a great experience here! I was able to have my service led by the manager himself and he was kind throughout. My service was super quick and easy and I was able to use a coupon that I got while inquiring about services on the phone just beforehand. I appreciate you all!

I was on a road trip with my sons when we noticed the engine cover was dragging on the ground. We went to the nearest Meineke to have it checked out. The guys said it wasn’t a big deal. They pulled off the cover completely, gave us the remaining screws and didn’t charge us a dime.

I used meineke services.....took care of me very well although rather pricey. My front caliper ceased up so could've done way more damage but luckily not. Fixed my brakes same day, gave me ride to work and got me back on the road safely. Thx meineke team of sheb south!

DON'T SEND YOUR WIFE! My wife took our van to S Taylor Dr. location in sheboygan to get an oil change. while there they told her it looked like the coolant was bad and it was strongly recommended she get the coolant flushed in it before winter so it doesnt freeze.($140)
When she called me and I told her it does not need that and to just say no. I went there 10 minutes later with my work truck because it also needed the oil done and i was curious why the van needed the coolant flushed.
The manager recognized my last name and commented how my wife was just there with the van. When asked about the coolant he said "It looked dark in the overflow tank and smelled burnt". He says he pulled a carfax on it and that it doesn't say it had been done at the recommended 80k mark (206k currently).
I had a mechanic check it and he verified that the coolant does not need to be changed and is in good condition before I wrote this review. I will not be going back to this location and I hope that no one else does as well.
I had been to that location at least 3 times with that van since oct and this was the first time my wife had been there. It was never mentioned prior to her going so I have to assume the reason for the upsell on unnecessary work is because she seems like an easier target.
