They were very kind, professional and easy to communicate with. And, I have no doubt that they did good work on my car. They originally quoted me around 1300 for repairs but then fixed my car sooner and told me that it turned out I wouldn’t need one of the parts- so it would be less than originally quoted. However my car’s check engine light came back on immediately after leaving the shop and it turned out that I still needed the part. I didn’t mind at first, as they were very easy to communicate with and got my car back in to the shop the very next day, though I ended up paying more than the original amount they quoted me (it ended up being around $1500) They did good work on the car, they were nice folks, but I ended up paying more than necessary and wasting some extra time out of my week.

Very Unresponsive. Writes insurance repair quotes with no part numbers or itemization, will leave you on read for days at a time. Have been trying to get my car repaired for 2 months, but Doug's appears to have difficulty communicating with customers and insurance companies alike. Would NOT recommend.

My son needed repairs on the air conditioning and exhaust sensors on his older (2008) truck. Doug's crew properly diagnosed the necessary repairs, provided an accurate estimate upfront & completed the work fast. They did excellent work. We would recommend them to all of our family & friends

My family and I were 4 hours from home and having car trouble, called and talked to Ben and we were able to be seen immediately upon arrival. He helped us clear the code that was causing us issues and told us exactly what was wrong so we can get home safely and get it repaired. So grateful!

I brought my car in for an issue with acceleration and a check engine light. They took a look at it and quoted me $1,400. I was worried because I have my wedding coming up in September but I needed my car so I went ahead and approved the repair. I went and dropped off half the money right away while I still had to it. They started working on it when they got the part on Friday and finished it same day. He called me to pick up my car and let me know that it didn't take as long as the computer said so I only owe $58. I was ecstatic because I was worried about what I would have to put to the side wedding wise to afford this. I've had plenty of bad experiences with other local owned shops trying to rip me off and it was a relief to know that I found a really honest and hard working shop. My car was shaking whenever I brake. Called and Jeremy answered and happened to have a spot open. So service was pretty fast. Brought my car in, took about 2 hrs to complete. Expense seems just right. Unfortunately that first time didn't make my brakes stop shaking so I called the next morning to have my car brought in again. Jeremy found me another open appointment. Brought it in and this time he fixed it! Jeremy is nice, he kept me in the loop, and I will definitely come back if something happens again.Service: Brakes

I went in for an ac recharge. I called a couple of places, and their price was fair. They were behind schedule because of a machine malfunctioning, but once it was the machine was hooked up, I was outta there in 20 minutes.
