“As previous Hertz customers this is our first experience with Enterprise. Oh my goodness we should have switched a long time ago. This rental experience was fantastic! The customer service at the Sheboygan Enterprise is incredible! Kiara Horton was our agent and she was amazing from the very start. We have rented many vehicles over the years and Kiara is the first person we can ever remember actually going out to the vehicle to walk around it and then show us the car's features. THEN...Kiara actually called us the next day checking to see if everything was going alright and ask if we had any questions/concerns! Amazing! Unheard of. No one does this anymore, (sadly). We will be using Enterprise going forward and also telling friends and family about our experience. Thank you Kiara, YOU made this a wonderful experience!”

“My wife and I were planning a trip to Leadville, Co this past Winter and was looking to rent a vehicle for the drive. Getting sick of trying to speak with these rental agency from afar, I remembered my old friend Shisseng was managing the Sheboygan Avis location...so I gave them a call, on Sunday afternoon. My wife had to help me off the floor as a real "person" from their location actually answered the phone...a delightful young lady(sorry, we lost her name:( Needless to say, we had a wonderful experience with Sheboygan Avis and would not hesitate to call on Shisseng again. We actually rented a Nissan Rogue and ended up buying one a couple weeks ago. If you're looking for a new vehicle, it's a wonderful way to "really" try a vehicle out...2,500 miles later.
