If you need a phone seriously go to boost. Brett was an absolute rock star while making sure I got the stuff I needed. He made sure after an awful day his customer service skills were immaculate, he clearly cares about his customers. 10/10 will be going back

Jake helped switch a plan to boost and helped me with updating my phone. He was excellent to work with. Jake was educated and new how to answer every question I had. This was the best service and experience I have ever had with boost mobile! Thanks Jake!

Felt rushed got stuck after I paid for a cover he unpacked it and said here that is all we have left.and I came back because I was not happy with this to bad .First The hack no service for 6 days or response for that matter now this !!! Time to move on.Had them since Einstein bought them out.

Both stores had open signs, lights open on,doors locked, and no one there! Had to search on YouTube for help. I'm greatly disappointed!!

Horrid experience. I just went in because I tried to activate my phone myself but it didn’t allow me too. Went in, was told I would need a New SIM card and for them to activate it would cost me 50 some dollars total. I told her I would try to go back and do it myself online, she persisted to “see” my phone and then activated it and wanted me to pay for the activation I didn’t consent too. I’ll be contacting customer service to see what can they do for me but this was a hard experience as I didn’t have the money on me which is why I was on my way out when she told me the price, obviously I couldn’t afford it in the moment and put me in a stressful position to borrow ENough to pay for something I didn’t want done. I will never go throguh boost mobile again as soon as I switch I’m done.

I'm so fed up with the inconsistency at this location. I came in to have a new SIM card installed and the young female worker told me she would have to order it and will be able to have it installed the following day. I asked her what the hours of operation are and she stated she will be there from 3pm - 7pm. I went to the location at 4pm and the doors were locked with no one in the store or in sight. Don't waste your time coming here if you're expecting them to help you.

we paid our bill before it was due. was told our new month would begin on the 1st of July. They shut our phones off and says no record of our payment. we didnt save our recip(never had any issue before so we didnt think to save it)we did however have a text message from Boost stating our next payment is due july 31st 2021 but the manager at the store refused to accept that. also said he had been the only person working there for the past month and half when there was a woman working there the day we went in to pay. Now we are out $80 with no phone service.

Charged me double for a service and refused to reimburse me. I had to call the Better Business Bureau on him. Do yourself a favor and double check his phone and service prices with other Boost Stores. He is knowledgeable and uses his phone jargon to trick you into overcharging Boost Customers.
