Had to get a new phone because I shattered mine. I was actually a Verizon customer at the time and switched back to boost. New phone but was able to keep my number. Great service I think his name was Brett Sorry if I'm wrong but THANK YOU for being awesome

Came in to get a new phone as mine had a tragic accident. Staff was super helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and accessories to go along with it. Been with boost customer a long time and this store is super helpful! In, out and done! Thanks again guys!

Apparently people with certain phones are getting auto-forced onto a new, better network. Those people should be getting a SIM card mailed to them. I didn't get one in the mail so my phone just stopped working. 2 hours spent with Boost chat and phone-based customer service couldn't fix the issue. The manager here diagnosed my issue in seconds and after 15 minutes I was on my way. Sidenote: I stopped at the other Boost store in town first and got sketchy vibes and no help.
