Working with Ashley was awesome. She went above and beyond in helping me, and I appreciate her genuine customer service. She had an answer for every question, was very knowledgeable, and was patient with me. Ashley was personable, compassionate, and respectful. She did her job and she did it very well.

Guy working this morning seems confused and unhelpful. When I walked in he was vaping and seemed really surprised to see me. Kept emphasizing he wasn't tech support so I just went to the other location in town which was so much better

The customer service SUCKS!! For this store itself, both on the phone and at the store in person, the workers were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Trying to transfer a number, yet they WON'T supply the needed numbers. Will NEVER go back to this service. I was told on the phone by THREE customer service workers that I needed to go to the store. The store told me i needed to CALL BACK the customer service on the phone. This Boost company suffers from miscommunication or something.And when the worker is lookin over my shoulder to help others at the nextdoor CBD shop and suddenly tries to get rid of us.....slightly irritating

Came in and asked for help with my boost mobile phone and was told I couldn't be helped before the problem was even evaluated. Made it clear if I wasn't buying anything or had previously bought something that I wasnt going to be helped. Not this store but boost service and customer service is absolutely garbage right now.
