“We are very pleased with the repair of our rear bumper on our 2018 Mazda CX-5. The bumper cover had to be replaced as well as the piece below the bumper. The invoice was exactly the same as they quoted and the repair was done within the amount of time they said it would be. They even washed the entire vehicle and touched up a few stone chips on the hood. Great customer service and a job well done

“This is a place that when you go to it you have to ask what they do. While my wait to get loaded was 2hrs. It has a diner within walking distance. The employees are very friendly, they offer a restroom (clean), and a break room to use. All after driving over 300 miles to get a load. They are adding on to the facility, but it doesn't interfere with the shipping and recieving area. Welcome to Muth!”

“Great prices. But a little disorganized. They said they would have my power steering pump by the next day. It didn't arrive for 3 days. On that 3rd day I called them and they told me that it was not there. 15 minutes latter they called and said that it was there. I guess one hand didn't talk to the other.”

Crazy part was she actually called me back about an hour later saying they would get the part by the next day. They were both so helpful and will be going back to them for future business.”

“Super friendly staff... Incredibly helpful. With that being said, make sure you block off plenty of time when you go there. As I previously said, super friendly and helpful, but not super fast. A set of 4 tires mounted and balanced took around 2 hours. I've worked in the auto repair business before, I could have done it by myself in less time than that.”

“My husband and I are looking for a new vehicle, and the Van Horn crew has been very friendly and informed us of all vehicle information before making a final decision on purchasing a vehicle. We did not purchase a vehicle and the staff were very understanding and didn't pressure us to make the sale or try to make us reconsider. While we are still looking for a vehicle, their professionalism and willingness to work with us on our needs and wants will have us coming back to (hopefully) finish our vehicle shopping experience.”
