I called to refill my prescription and talked to Crystal over the phone at the aurora pharmacy on union Ave and Crystal was very rude and hung up on me. I will be looking for another pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled

Went to get my prescription 1-9-24 and Mila was super helpful and answered my questions and was very professional. I'd highly recommend anyone else to stop at this pharmacy because the people that work there are super helpful and they are very professional in how they do things.

Highly recommended. I switched to Aurora about a year ago and I won't look back. CVS and Walgreens simply do not compare to the level of expertise and customer service I've received for the staff and pharmacists at Aurora Pharmacy. Two locations - Kohler Memorial Dr. and Union Ave.

Good pharmacists are available by phone, & the on-site staff are very good. Would get 5 stars if it had Saturday hours & the pharmacist was still on site. He was GREAT. This place is a real asset to Howards Grove.
