The staff is super friendly and attentive. I brought in a vintage Kenmore for a tune-up. I was quoted two weeks at $80. I was called three days later to come pick-up my machine. With replacement parts and a bottle of oil to keep it running smoothly, the total bill was just over $97.Prior to that I had purchased a used serger style machine that was personal property for sale by one of the technicians. $100. The machine runs great, and she walked me through the features and how to thread it before completing the sale.

I had a problem with my zigzag and they looked it over and within 5 minutes had my problem fixed. What a nice,friendly place. You guys rock.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Brought grandma's machine in for repairs. She spent about 3 minutes looking at/testing it and knew what the issue was. Very satisfied!

I cannot say enough good about Darryl and Brenda. When my wifes Janome sewing machine broke down at a critical time they repaired and returned it in an incredibly fast time. They even drove 2+ hours, on a motorcycle, in the rain (it was sunny when they left!) to meet us half way to return it (and save us shipping costs). True story! We need more companies with this kind of dedication and customer service. What wonderful people!
