Bicycle Works LLC is a great shop with good folks. Customers have been coming for years and continue to do so, often praising it as a premiere Specialized dealer. The service is amazing, going above expectations for both new and well-used bikes, including eBikes. Staff are great at analyzing problems, knowing what to do, providing options, and giving reasonable ready dates. Repairs and costs are very reasonable, using proper parts. They are helpful even close to closing time and stay well-stocked despite supply chain issues. Many customers are very pleased, have had very good experiences buying bikes, and will always sing the shop's praises.

Great shop! We broke a 12spd Shimano chain about 20 minutes to close. They stayed a little late and got us taken care of... No pouting or snide remarks... And if there had been, I would have understood why. Good folks

I bought a used bike from Goodwill that needed a few tweaks. Just brakes and some minor adjustments. This place did an amazing job and went above my expectations!
