“The staff is super friendly and attentive. I brought in a vintage Kenmore for a tune-up. I was quoted two weeks at $80. I was called three days later to come pick-up my machine. With replacement parts and a bottle of oil to keep it running smoothly, the total bill was just over $97.Prior to that I had purchased a used serger style machine that was personal property for sale by one of the technicians. $100. The machine runs great, and she walked me through the features and how to thread it before completing the sale.”

He was able to diagnose what was happening with my refrigerator’s water/ice dispenser (which really wasn’t a problem) and told me how to resolve what I thought was wrong. He checked it over until we were both satisfied that things were working correctly. I’ve always been satisfied with Bitter Neumann’s service.”

“I will always come back here. They were having issues with their computers so the manager came up and gave me my $200 phone repair completely free. He was extremely nice and soft spoken. The workers were apologizing for the issues and making small talk so I had no problem with the small hiccup. It’s nice to know there are still a few good people left in the world and they work at the Kohler Best Buy.”
