If I could give 10 stars I would. This has been the best experience I've had with a mechanic by far! Moises is such a kind soul, and really went out of his way to take care of me and make sure I was at ease and my vehicle was running well.
I had a coolant leak under my car, and because I needed to drive out of town later that day, Moises cleared time to see me right away and fix the problem. He was careful to listen to my issues, to look through the vehicle with me, to show me and walk me through the exact issues that were going on. He quickly fixed my leak (water pump and radiator fan) for a reasonable price, and sent me on my way. I had a couple concerns following the service, and Moises was great with answering my questions, and fixing the one issue that I had, at no cost.
This is some of the best service I've had, and I feel like I can actually trust this shop and the people running it. Thank you!!

It was 4th of July weekend, our car had issues with a newborn onboard. Every other shop turned us away, but P & D took us in without issue. Polite, helpful, understanding and compassion followed. They checked out the vehicle and quickly identified the issue, a broken serpentine belt. Worked fast, and put our minds at ease with a relatable story from their family experiences. They helped us in our most desperate time of need. Would recommend to anyone.Service: Engine repair

Amazing service when my car broke down on our way to a 3-day women’s retreat 3 hours west of Shawano. Moises towed my car in and was able to make some major repairs and have us back on the road within a couple hours. He was already very busy before he towed me in so I am extremely grateful and would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you for going way above and beyond!

This repair shop was a GODSEND!! My mom and I were headed through town on our way up north to a retreat when our water pump went out. We were panicked and the gas station told us to call P&D. Moises was able to tow us and get us in immediately to help us out. We were back on the road within 3 hours and able to get to our retreat that we were sure we were going to have to cancel. I can’t thank them enough!!!

Called fifteen minutes before closing with a tire that was going low. They got me on and diagnosed a hole in the sidewall. Bummer for me, but they swapped out my spare, and got me on the road right away. Very happy with the service! Will utilize them again.

I took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an inspection and estimate because it was making a grinding noise. We drove in the vehicle together so he could hear for himself what the noise was and when we got back to the shop, I waited about a half hour for him to tell me that the rear differential was leaking, so he put some oil in it. He also said I need to replace the whole part, but it would be fine to drive until then. Ok. What do I owe for this?? $55.42 for the Mobil synthetic gear oil AND $40.00 to put the oil in!! Seriously. Complete rip off. My jeep is still making the grinding noise and I could've went to Penzoil and had them do the same thing for like $20 bucks. I do not recommend this place at all, take your business to a real, honest mechanic who won't overcharge you.Service: Vehicle Inspection
