I've never had a bad experience at the Shawano O'Reilly location. Small town friendly. If you stop in, Ken the manager bakes homemade cookies. Even if you don't make a purchase you get a cookie.

Usually has everything I need otherwise they can order it if not stocked in store. Most of the parts people are knowledgeable quick. There are couple parts people little slow so can't be in hurry if get one of them. When I stop in before work I try to avoid them if I can.
