I recently picked up a TYM/Branson 2023 2515R from Fox Valley Truck and I couldn't be happier with the tractor or the service from the dealer. I asked a TON of questions in the weeks leading up to committing to the purchase and Elliot answered every question I had VERY thoroughly, friendly, and without delay! He was even answering emails outside of business hours! Not only this but they gave me THE VERY BEST DEAL out of any dealer I found in the quad state area, delivered it 6 hours away (in Northern Minnesota) on time and without a scratch, and they exhibited knowledge and friendliness I haven't experienced at any dealer in recent memory. And it even came with a full tank of diesel!!
This was literally the most comfortable $20k purchase I've ever made, and that's all thanks to Elliot and the team at Fox Valley Truck. I've had a few questions post purchase I've experienced the same great customer service. If you want an honest, friendly, knowledgeable and competitive dealer I highly recommend the crew at Fox Valley Truck in Wisconsin. Great place to buy heavy truck parts. I have been here many times and all of the guys here are very knowledgeable. A couple years ago I was having trouble finding parts for an old Brigadier, and with out question they came to me to look at the truck to take measurements of parts to make sure I had what I needed. Highly recommend these guys. I buy all my Allison service products from them as well.

The mechanics at Fox Valley trucking are awesome. I didn't understand why all their mechanics are little until I seen one slide under my truck on a creeper. He actually had room to spare whereas I would have got stuck.
