“Mixed review -I applied for a very small loan ($300) to just help build my credit up. I have TRIPLE that in my savings acct. I simply wanted to build my credit, as I have been for the last 3 years. They have lended to me the last 3 years, and when I went to apply for my 3rd $300 loan they denied me. Not even a true explanation on why, just stated due to a repo I had back in 2017. But they have lended to me before...? I went into the office and worked with Bobby Jo, who also seemed confused. Bobby Jo was able to explain my options and helped me get a credit card and explained how to use it to get the best credit outcome. She was insanely kind and answered all my questions and was truly a pleasure to work with. I was ready to close my account but she truly changed my mind on it! I hope to only work with her from now on. She is very confident in her work!!”

“bank has given wrong information many times as well as not sharing important information. My deposits have been messed up many times and then I had to request for it to be fixed instead of them just fixing the issue they caused. Wouldn't recommend this branch at all. I have had better help and service in green bay-Update: bank reached out to me in regards to this and rectified the situation best they could immediately. Thank you Mrs. Jung”

“Used them for years. They always save me a buck here and there. And when they cannot I find it elsewhere. But they recently gave me a mortgage refinance with some debt put on top and still lowered my monthly payments so thank you! Also they cut the APR by 7%!!! It’s only set for ten years but the solution would be to refinance again after ten years because I don’t know where the interest could go. But thanks! Great job! The loan process wasn’t bad. Your employees had a couple issues but because there is so many different options. Just read the fine print to make sure your getting what they say they’re offering!”
