After hitting a deer in October I brought my jeep to Caliber and I am nothing but pleased with how I was treated. Brittney and Mackenzie kept me updated with everything and went above and beyond. I've never had to go through this before, but they made the process so easy! I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had an unfortuante vehicle accident recently and took the vehicle to Caliber Collision while we worked with our insurance company. We had the most fabulous experience with the entire team. turkey vs windshield... turkey 1 : windshield 0even though they didn't have the proper equipment for this, they referred us to someone near and let us sit inside and wait for someone to come fix it.the three working there today treated us like we were celebrities. shoutout to everyone here making us feel okay. thank you for being there for us.

After a turkey flew into the windshield of our vehicle, my family and I stopped at Caliber Collision in Shawano. The people there were so caring and comforting to us. They went above and beyond and made us feel at home and relaxed. Very nice people. Highest recommendations.
