Every Tuesday I purchase the big white box of 1 dozen donuts to be taken to a construction crew. For 13.98$ I thought I was buying fresh donuts. Today I tried one, it was so old, crunchy, and even the frosting was hard. I was so disappointed, thinking that all these months of trying to do something nice I was actually giving them garbage. Very, very, disappointed in Kwik Trip.

4Aug23 KT is my go-to especially when they have E-85. My vehicle hasn’t performed any differently than regular gas vs E-85, so I save money. The next thing is the customer service. I was impressed that the worker at 0445 was so happy and made me smile.They put out a variety of breakfast sandwiches as well as lunch items. That’s awesome!Thank you to this location!

I've been looking at past reviews. Not looking too good.First off I ordered ahead for food pick up. Never did it before, so I asked the cashier. The cashier goes in the back and checks. I hear that it's going to be xxxxx minutes. The cashier comes out and says it'll just be a few seconds. Why lie. It was indeed minutes later.Today I won a free snack while playing the game. They were all out of that item. I then ask.... Then what.... They said you get nothing. Told to come back another day. I just filled up my gas tank. I said I can't afford to drive x amount of miles just for that little free item.No resolution there to think outside the box. Definitely not customer friendly

Hot spot was almost completely empty, and asked for something to be made and they said that they couldn't till morning, I didn't yell didn't scream, and I walked back outside, and when I looked back inside the cashier was flipping me off cuz she thought I couldn't see

I love kwik trip but not this one. My question is, is how is that Ryan guy still working their? Dirty, disrespectful and stares me down everytime I come in. It's. Not just me he was rude with but the person in front as well. I use to come thru every weekend during the summer as well as my friends and family on our way to shawano. Not anymore. Gonna utilize other gas stations in seymour. You want mine and our party business back??? Fire him

Smaller store that rarely seems to be kept up for the amount of customers that come through.There's one worker or maybe a manager, Diane, who seems to keep everything in check when she's working. If she's not there, the coffee is rarely renewed, usually empty and food is slow to get out.Most cashiers don't seem to have a personality at all, when compared to other KT's, this one is just so dull and mediocre.
