Absolute worst experience ever! I ordered a part expected to be delivered on December 4, 2021. Shipment was updated to December 7 by end of day. Package did not arrive and every day since then for the last two weeks FedEx updates that it will be delivered by the end of the day. So I wait home every night waiting for a package that never arrives. I have called customer service several times and I keep being told that they’re sorry for the inconvenience please keep waiting. No it is sitting in a warehouse 20 minutes away from my house and I am not able to drive there and physically pick it up because they will not allow that. This is extremely frustrating and I will do everything in my power never to use FedEx for anything ever again. These guys invented shipping I thought they would be the best at it. Do not order anything that is being shipped FedEx.

I'm an outside contractor for this location, I actually really love the people at this location. After 2 days of being assigned to this route they greeted me with nothing but professionalism. It's like I'm one of the family.

I have wait 3 days.. 12 hrs each day... Fedex sent me text messages each day stating my items were on the Truck coming to my business. Each messgae said I would receive by 8pm.. So each day I made sure I was there at 7:40 am-8pm..
No deljvery Thursday..No delivery Friday and then Saturday today..... They said I wasn’t at my store At 2:18 pm ... They never came!! Now it says I have to wait 3 days before they will try to deliver!
This is horrible, horrible , customer service!
