I rejoined Cellcom at the end of April 2018. I do like the customer service they offer which is why they got the 4 stars but the actual cell service is at best a 3 star rating. and that's being generous. I live in rural town america and I always thought their selling point was that they have service where others don't. Well keeping to that sales pitch my previous provider had great service, but where I live my bars have rarely ever exceeded 2 maybe 3 and my 4G/LTE Data keeps dropping to 3G and I wish this weren't so because I do enjoy the ability to call and have an actual person help me with my problems but so frustrating when I'm no where near my data cap of 22Mb and it flops to slower internet speeds.
