Very nice experience the counter personnel are very polite very courteous and will explain and will understand your concerns and Mark your packages appropriately

In and out in very little time friendly. They only take ups packages that already have labels on them.

I'm sure it's hard to find staff but I can't imagine you can't have at least one person be open in the afternoon for people that can't get to your store during the day.
