This is a very amazing a very amazing car wash and is worth every minute of it and there is a haunted car wash that is extremely nice and sends out candy and creativity to all children and a very spooky time but so work it the vaccum is free and cleans the car where there is no speck of dust or dirt and going through the car wash also makes sure there's no dirt or dust on my car which is very handy because it's nice and quick whenever I need anything I always come to this car wash it is amazing and very handy whenever you need it. So make sure you come to Tommy's car wash in Schofield Wisconsin.

Very pleased with Tommy's. We have a monthly membership on our primary vehicle basically for the price of 2 car washes you get unlimited washes per month. 2nd vehicle we rarely use, so we have that on the pay per use plan.It is quick in and out. They have locations in multiple states, and the plan is good at all locations. Matt washers do a great job cleaning the matts.

Someone used my cell number so I wasn't able to set up the promo deal which was upsetting but the gentleman behind the counter was smooth and I appreciate that to the fullest!

CAUTION, if your car comes out with a bunch of little scratches and paint chips that weren’t there before (like several other reviews have reported), Tommy’s Express will not do anything about it. Do yourself and your car a big favor and go to a touchless car wash.

If I could give this Carwash more than 5 stars, I would! The most convenient, fast and efficient wash I’ve ever been to! I had a couple girls by the name of Reese and Destiny help me with my account when I was unable to figure it out. Well done to the person who trained them!

Paid $21 for them to scratch the paint on my truck. Will not return and will be discouraging others to do business here. Also did a very poor job at washing my vehicle. Better off going to Kwik Trip.

Great Car Wash! I have a car wash subscription and it’s pretty cool how they detect the license plate when I go through the line. Don’t forget to put your vehicle in Neutral in the beginning and then Drive at the end. This is End of October and they have a Halloween themed wash for two weekends, it does cost extra.

I have used the Weston, Wausau, and Stevens Point locations multiple time because we are on the unlimited plan. The gray drying brushes at the Weston location have either not spun and touched the sides of the car, or spun and never moved in to make contact with the car for about 6 months. The final rinse at the end still leaves soap behind which leads to streaks at both Wausau and the Weston locations.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Got a free car wash coupon, added it to my account, still got charged $18 for it. What's worse is it didn't even get my car clean and I sent an email to the email they give for this location and I have heard nothing back. Very disappointed ?

When I do self-service my SUV always comes out so much cleaner. Today my headlights, windows, window sills, top of the hood, tailgate bumper, running boards, mirrors, are all dirty. Dirty. There was even a bug still in my grill. The grill was dirty. The vacuum doesn't do a good job. There is not enough suction and the end is too large to get in the crevices. The floor mat washer did not clean the mats well. I called Tommy's and was told that the basic wash that I got should mind. You should have cleaned the bug splatter off my windshield. If I went out of my way and came back right away, I could run my SUV through again but they will not honor me at any other time. Nor will they guarantee that my vehicle will be clean but it should be mind. You should. The bottom line is I want my vehicle to be clean when I leave a car wash. Tommy's cannot do that
