“I have been to several repair shops in the area over the years…with mixed results. Some pull the bait and switch by charging reasonable prices for the first couple services. Then they start raising prices on you when they start to earn your loyalty. Others just don’t stand behind their work…which causes them to use cheap parts. Auto Select has never done that to me. They charge reasonable prices…and the very few times something failed and I asked if they would stand behind their warranty/guaranty…they did! I have realized that the best way to make sure shops use quality parts…is to find out how long they stand behind their work…and stay away for the ones that don’t…or who do for only a short period of time. Autoselct is a bit of a haul for me but it’s well worth the quality work and honesty I get compared to other shops in the area. My hats off to the owner, Mike, and rest of the hardworking folks there who have helped create such a great reputation.”

“We were out and about in the country roads when my husband said that his tires were deflating. We had just put air in the tires that morning. The tires were less than 3 months old. Our only guess was that the rims were the culprit. I started Googling wheel shops in the area. We were in Granton and there wasn't any shops that carried wheels. Lot of places were available just for online ordering. We were heading towards home when I stumbled on the Discount Tires website.When we walked into the establishment, we were acknowledged immediately. After welcoming us in, the sales person took us to his computer, and started typing away our needs. He found us the correct wheel size, compared a few for us, and really allowed us to choose what we want without overselling us anything. What we purchased was at our price range and we are very satisfied with the wheel we selected.Within a few minutes, our keys were taken and we saw our truck being moved into the garage to have the work done. It only took an hour, maybe?The shop is clean. So was the bathroom. The maintenance guy came inside a few times to follow up with us. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your tires and wheel needs. The customer service was impeccable!”

“Took my truck there for an alignment. While heading home on 29, I noticed a pretty significant shimmy in the steering wheel. Called them to explain, and they got me in that same day. They ended up rotating and balancing 3 times to make things right, and said do not hesitate to call if I have any more issues. The manager and mechanic were professional, and friendly. After it was all said, and done, there was no charge. That kind of experience should be the standard. Great company. Will definitely be going back.”
