Austin is the best realtor in the area, especially when it comes to selling! We both attended D.C Everest and he has become such a successful and hardworking realtor. I knew that I could rely on him to help me and my mother sell her home during an urgent life event. I needed to move my mother down to FL with me asap, after her health took a decline. I was able to reach out to Austin and get the selling process started same day. Pictures were taken and edited promptly. Austin was able to walk us through the selling process and answered all our questions. He worked diligently to list our home within 24 hours, and another 24 hrs after, we received an offer on our home above the asking price! It was phenomenal. Additional praise to Austin as my mother is elderly and disabled, he was very kind, patient, and understanding of my mothers health issues. He did not rush us through the signing or process. He listened to everything she had to say before he gave input and showed no judgement of her physical disabilities. Thank you so much again Austin. Best wishes to your future endeavors.

Austin was very attentive to our needs and made every effort to make us feel we were getting the very best offer for our home. He also stated what he felt the value of our house should be and presented it as such. He made every effort to keep us in the loop during the showings and gave us his thoughts on how we should handle the various offers we received. He even came to our home to sign papers because of medical conditions we had. We feel we had the best realtor in Wausau and are very satisfied with the sale of our home. Top notch realtor. Personable, prepared, professional. The photos were fantastic with the drone footage and 3D enhancements. Set a preference to call or meet as opposed to texting and emailing. Looked at the positive of any situation. Gave sound options for decision making. Austin and his team would be my first call.

I was suggested Austin Solomon as a realtor when my wife and I first decided to sell our home. When we first spoke over the phone, Austin was extremely polite and accommodating. We met in person and he was respectful of our home, our story and worked rather fast to get us going, which is what we wanted to do. He was always texting, emailing or calling us with important updates and never delayed on his response. When he was not available, Tyler and Holly took great care of us as well. They were all in sync with one another and no details were missed. They each picked up where we left off and it was a completely smooth process from beginning to end. They were very caring and such a pleasant group of people to work with and even more so in person. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to choose them to represent us. Carson was great to work with. He showed us multiple properties, and listened to our hopes and dreams. We had offers on two different houses and closed on the second one. There were challenges that arose in each deal, he was patient, listened to our needs and requests, and finally executed our plans well. I'm very pleased with his hard work, attention to detail, responsiveness, and his cheerful spirit. I would highly recommend Carson if you're looking for an agent.
