Brian T. at Menke GMC was great to work with, he actively listened and was able to locate a truck with the trim package, desired features and color that I was looking for. He went the extra mile to keep me updated as we progressed towards the purchase and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. My purchase was fairly simple, no trade in or anything. Overall, it was a nice, quick, hassle-free experience. They even sent me off with a full tank of gas. I'll check them out when I look for my next vehicle.

I appreciated the expertise and friendliness of Brian. A couple little details needed to be worked out and they made sure everything was set to go so I could drive the car off the lot. Brian took them time to show me the features of my new car and everything went seemingly smoothly. I had brought my 18 year old son to a couple other dealerships while looking for cars. He said, "this was a much better experience, they were friendly, listened, and seemed happy to be helpful, this is how it is supposed to be done! " I couldn't agree more. The team at Menke went beyond my expectations. They gave me a generous amount for my trade in and made the deal very affordable. I’m mostly positive about my experience. The dealership was smaller than I expected. They had one salesman working (very nice young man) but it was a busy day so there was a lot of wait, wait, wait, ‘hurry up and get this done’. Felt very rushed even though we arrived at 2pm, test drove, and left at 6pm closing. The F&I associate was the same (again, very nice young man), it felt very rushed and ‘hurry up and get this done’. I didn’t get a line item account of each individual charge. Never got a chance to inspect the car closely at the end due to the darkness. One thing that really jumped out at me was the following: the salesman offered me a list of extras and I turned them all down. He then asked me to explain myself and why I turned them down. I thought that was odd but bit my tongue. When I was with the F&I associate, he did the exact same thing. He offered me a list of extras and I turned them all down. He then asked me to explain myself and why I turned them down. Again, I bit my tongue. Since it happened twice, I’m assuming this is either Menke policy or Mazda policy. It felt borderline rude. I’m an adult and if I make a decision I don’t need to be questioned about it.

The team was fantastic in resolving our issue. Limping along with a motor problem that popped up over the weekend and not having a Monday appointment, we thought all was lost. They were able to squeeze us in, identify the issue and fix the problem to get us back on the road. This helped us maintain our busy schedule before the holidays. Highly recommend the Menke team!

My daughter and I went to Menke GMC Mazda to find her a used vehicle after a bad experience at another major dealership in Wausau. Mike Kohler and Brandon were awesome to work with. They treated us like family and did everything they could for her to leave with a car in 2 hours. We highly recommend this dealership! Thank you Mike and Brandon for making my daughter really happy!

We took our 2020 Trax for service to Menke and the service department was very knowledgeable and had the repair done in no time. The customer service was excellent, the shuttle driver was very friendly as well.

I didn’t have an appointment when my check engine light came on. They gave me a ride home and squeezed my truck in fixing the problem and doing my annual maintenance in about 4 hours. I was able to pick it up later that day. Clint and the team did a great job getting it done and communicating with me and meeting all my schedule needs.Thanks guys!!

Tyler and Scott were very kind and helpful when I was looking at the dealership. I had an issue come up shortly after purchase but they did a great job of making things right. I would definitely buy another car from these guys, the customer service here is better than any other dealership I've been to.
