ok I thought it was just me they ignore! & def don't communi well at all , hard to tell what's going on & yes they never open on time ! I'm here now waiting writing this review, buuttt overall they do a great job on cleaning your vehicle & great price for a hand wash ! wish customer service was better !smh I made it a point to be the first one here in line ready so I can get my wash today !

I think this place is run by a middle schooler. Honestly I have no idea what's going on. You pull up, no one communicates with you. It's hard to figure out who works there. Once you do figure out who works there, they offer you no help in directing you where to go. I'd you can finally get someone to talk to you, their prices are different than they are advertised. Just skip it. Go anywhere else.

Dan was great to work with from the start, from quick communication to an excellent job well done! He was able to fit my Jeep in on short notice, and had the interior complete in just a few hours. They do a good job but never open on time. They're supposed to open at 9am through the week and don't show up until closer to 10. Lack communication and never have enough people
