Sad when you go into a store stating ur phone hasn't been having service so you state you will try to replace the sim card to see if that fixes it. It doesn't fix it. So you call customer service and they tell u the area you are in is having outages... U would think the employees working that area would be knowledgeable and let UK prior to paying for a sim card that was never needed. Sad when the customer has to do their own research because an employee isn't knowledgeable.

This company is a thief. I placed an online order December 8th 2021 and per their website my order is still processing. I have spoken to 8 different representatives via web chat and phone, all who keep telling me my order would be canceled and I would be refunded. Here we are more than a month later and I have not received the phone or a refund. I keep getting bounced around and given excuse after excuse. They do not value their customer's time or money. Don't risk getting ripped off by this company by ordering a phone from their website. @cricketsupport

Nice clean store people that work there very polite and able to assist in every way other than one of the employees who seems to have this attitude that every guy that walks in the door is going to fall in love with her

No communication within the facility. Was told given a confirmed prices with printout from employee and then told be 3 days later that is was not valid. Only go there to pay they bill nothing else anymore

Friendly, fast, and helpful service at this location. Unlike the Marshfield location with the worst customer service I have ever experienced the staff here was great to work with and pleasant as businesses should be with their customers.

We were in the Weston store today to help my mother in law get a new phone and account with Cricket. Previously we were in the store and met Jude. He was helpful and provided us a worksheet so we could collect the information she would need. He’s a ROCKSTAR! Unfortunately today when we came in Amanda waited on us. She is not customer service orientated at all. She questioned the information brought in, she lost her patience when my mother in law didn’t understand her questions, she accused us of being disrespectful, and even invited us to leave as soon as she was finished processing the payment. She refused to transfer the information from one phone to the next at which time we said enough that we wanted our money back and would not be buying a phone or service. She refused to refund the full payment. Mind you we have never touched the phone. She would not offer an explanation as to why she was behaving the way she was. I am completely blown away by the whole experience. We have contacted the corporate office and submitted a complaint. We want all fees returned to her including all of the phone charges (which we left at the store), connection fees and the prepaid first month service. I also encourage the owners to pull up any camera footage and watch the incident. It was absolutely uncalled for!
