“I went with Safelite because they are a preferred windshield replacement vendor with my insurance company. I wanted an OEM windshield but my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Safelite was very transparent on the cost difference. They called me about two days prior to my appointment and notified me that the windshield they received was scratched. They ordered another one for me and moved my appointment. I was very happy they quality checked it before they came to install it. I opted to have the service done at my home. Anthony the installer was wonderful with communicating when he would arrive, how long it would take and even put on my new wipers (which I bought online). He finished the job very quickly and my car looks great! I know some people had a bad experience but perhaps it was the actual installer. Ask for Anthony if you can! He did a wonderful job!”
