I purchased my vehicle 3 days ago, unfortunately it will be going back into the shop because of issues that I noticed the day after buying it, possibly transmission issues. I also noticed on the test drive a humming noise when accelerating over 2rpm’s that I was told would be fixed before I picked up the vehicle the next day. The humming has not been fixed. Hopefully when it goes into the shop it’s taken care of, if so I’d give them a 4 star. Larry was wonderful very nice and helpful.

7/16/24: Excellent prices and most importantly, when you leave the lot, they don't just forget you. They will work with you and get the bugs out for the first couple of weeks. I have been to Kenosha, Milwaukee, GreenBay or even any local company's, they will not do the same. A decent product, a great price and top rated customer service, that's "Wausau's" Car Connection.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your dealership and service department. Unfortunately, it was the most unprofessional and frustrating situation I have encountered.
I purchased a vehicle from your dealership just over three months ago. During the test drive, I noticed the transmission seemed a bit jumpy, but I decided to proceed with the purchase based on the reviews of the car's transmission. However, shortly after taking ownership, the transmission issues worsened. I promptly scheduled an appointment with your service department to address the transmission, drive train, and an auto-fold mirror issue.
Your team kept my car for a week but returned it without resolving any of the problems, stating that everything checked out fine. This was despite another dealership indicating otherwise. Your response was that dealerships often replace parts unnecessarily, which I found dismissive.
I subsequently took my car to Mazda, where they identified significant issues with the transmission, including low oil levels and metal contamination, which were missed by your technicians. Fortunately, the warranty company covered the repair costs, despite my vehicle being 15 miles over the warranty limit. This could have been avoided if your team had accurately diagnosed the issue earlier.
Additionally, when I received my car back from your service department, a previously functioning mirror had developed issues. When I approached your team about the $600 expense I incurred for the transmission repair, I was immediately dismissed because the repair was not conducted at your shop. This was despite your initial suggestion to have Mazda inspect the transmission.
Moreover, the manner in which I was treated when I visited your dealership to discuss these issues was unprofessional. I was directed away from the front office to the service department and subsequently escorted out in an intimidating manner. I was told that such issues are to be expected with used cars, which I understand to some extent. However, I believe that reputable dealerships should take responsibility and address significant issues appropriately.
Given this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Central Car Connection. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service and diagnostic processes to prevent similar situations in the future.

I am a repeat customer but this time I am disappointed. Purchased a car and within a week it won’t start and it’s not the battery They said they can’t look at it for another 16 days?!? If I go somewhere else to get fixed they won’t pay for certain things. So I’m without a car . Not sure why they think I can be without a car that long and not seem to car.

Bought a truck from them 2 years ago. Had problems with the coolant system not even a month into having it. Probably had no coolant in it when I bought it, or it wasn’t a lot. Found out it’s common on those trucks for that part to go out. No biggie. For the last 2 years it’s been in and out of shops. I will never be buying a vehicle from here again. I know stuff happens, but still. My old truck was 8 years older and didn’t have this many problems. I’m probably at $8000 in repairs, on a $21000 truck. Customer service was great, loved talking to the gentleman, but their cars, might not be the best.

Went for a test drive we drove an hour and a half to get there I took off 2 hours from work and we burned up a half a tank of gas v8try the vehicle out the front driver side strut or sway bar was banging by the time you got back to the dealer the check engine light for the rear axle service was on how is this company preparing for test drives
