495 WI-153, Mosinee“One of my catalytic converters forced a knock sensor to cause my vehicle ( 300k mi 2003 Toyota Sequoia) to start stuttering, and this was on the highway doing about 70. I pulled off and pulled into this location and requested a code reading a young gentleman by the name of Manpreet assisted me, was super calm, and walked me through my next steps. He actually got down on his hands and knees to look under my vehicle at my catalytic converter’s and noticed that one was actually very overheated. He advised me to get things taken care of quickly and had several options that I could choose from, and said that the mile drive home would be safe if I was slow and careful. Not only that, but he had to retrieve the codes a half an hour later once I had gotten home and realized I hadn’t written them down, in my distress. I’ve been to this location a few times and have not had anything but Exceptional service from a team that has never failed to put me at ease with my vehicle. I am incredibly grateful for establishments run like this, with great people who are not only understanding, empathetic, but are knowledgeable enough to truly help someone even if they are in a panic.”
“Always friendly and helpful. Good customer service for the most part. O`Reilly's is my go to choice overall when it comes to local businesses for my auto part needs.”
“The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and reasonable. We bout a car from someone, and the brakes and rotors were badly rusted. They came to check on us and even helped us knock the rotor off that was stuck. If we could rate them 100 stars we would!”
“I had a recent poor experience with a replacement battery. The store manager was quick to respond to my concern and the courteous staff at the store remedied the issue the next day.”
“I have always been happy with the products and service. Google search shows they are open on Saturdays. Went there today 8-10-24 and they are not open on Saturdays per sign in the window.
Also this year they have stopped installing batteries at this location.”
