We used Ward Kitchen and Bath, Inc. to complete our master bath remodel. From the beginning, I loved working with Kim. She gave great ideas for our remodel. She listened to what my vision was, and helped guide me through this process. Whenever we had a question, Kim and Greg were quick to respond. All their workers were so kind, efficient, and completed high-quality work. I loved seeing the process along the way, and how all the workers kept the work area neat and clean. First time dealing with Ward Kitchen and Bath. Kim was easy to deal with and has suggestions and ideas in which I appreciated because I lack a designer's eye. They were prompt and covered the carpet (carpet was new) with all the traffic throughout the hallway and stairs which I did not have to ask them to do. will use them again with the next remodel

We were thrilled with the work Greg and Kim did on our house. They updated us with wonderful suggestions. Kim has an awesome sense of design and shares it in a way that makes it easy, not overwhelming. We didn’t have to replace everything but were able to build on the strengths we had. They were both very responsive and timely in both a kitchen and bath remodel. Each of the sub contractors were professional and did high quality work. I highly recommend choosing Ward Kitchen and Bath for your project. Kim guided me through making the choices for an updated new look for me to enjoy for years to come. Greg and Kim were amazing team and included their son Jordon from start to finish. They are all very personable and professional. If I had questions, they always addressed them promptly with me. Kim and Greg were fantastic to work with on our bathroom remodel. Kim has a great design eye and helped us ensure our tile, vanity, and accessory choices would work well together in our space. She made sure to offer us various design ideas at different price points, so we could decide the ultimate look of the project. Greg is a very skilled craftsman who was able to bring our design to life. The subs used on our project were very professional and treated our home with the utmost care. We absolutely love our new bathroom and would highly recommend Ward Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom or kitchen in their home.

I wanted my bathroom remodeled as it had very dated old bathtub, wallpaper and shower. Kim and Greg are fantastic . Kim is a talented and experienced decorator and walked me through the design. It was so much fun shopping together for the tiles, fixtures and color schemes. She has the designer eye. Greg was in the job supervising and actually doing the work. All the details were taken care of. The contractors used were all professional and excellent at their job. My new bathroom is spectacular and I would highly recommend Greg and Kim Ward for any remodeling project. They kept me informed of who and when contractors would be working and they would reliably do what they said they would do. Five stars!Service: Remodeling

I cannot say enough good things about Kim and Greg - they were absolutely amazing to work with. From the outset, they were both so excited to help with our remodel and Kim had a fantastic design for us to really transform and realign our first floor (took out 2 walls, added an island, shifted our kitchen, etc). Their quote was very reasonable and fair for the scope of the project (compared against 3 others) and our bill was spot-on to their quote (they don't charge overages, and had no unexplained or unexpected expenses, etc).Greg was extremely thorough in the work he did and put in the extra effort to make sure every detail was what we wanted and right for our space. We also were very impressed with all the sub-contractors he hired and supervised. He kept our involvement minimal and found the perfect balance of keeping us in the loop but out of the weeds. This is our first home and first major remodel so had questions along the way and both he and Kim were extremely responsive throughout the entire process which we appreciated so much. The total remodel took about 2 months and again was spot-on to their initial quoted timeframe.They were an absolute pleasure to work with and just great people that you can trust - 100% plan on recommending them to others and I'm sure will use them again ourselves at some point in the future.Services: Install flooring

TLDR; We had Ward Kitchen and Bath remodel our kitchen. They are highly recommended.We had a major remodelling job for our kitchen. After interviewing several contractors we decided on Ward.Ward is a family business. Kim does design work and Greg handles the construction end. They work themselves and have subcontractors to handle specific work like the plumbing, electrical, drywalling, painting and flooring.Our project started with the kitchen but eventually extended to reflooring the family room, laundry room and bathroom, replacing a toilet, cabinetry in the laundry room and a few miscellaneous fixtures elsewhere in the house.We wanted the new stove area to be vented (new) so Greg devised a soffit running through our dining area out the side of the house. We wanted our washer & dryer elevated and Greg and his son Jordan were able to install that. We also wanted a new TV mounted over the fireplace. Despite these additions to our original plan everything was completed with top notch quality.No plan goes without problems here and there. Greg was able to adapt to every issue.Jordan is just starting in the business but worked just as diligently along side his father with various construction tasks. He's a fine addition to this business.Kim's fantastic design suggestions resulted in a beautiful new kitchen with a complete change in workflow that really makes any task far easier than our old layout. I particularly liked her ability to narrow potentially hundreds of decisions to a handful of her top suggestions. It made our selections so much smoother.We highly recommend this firm for your remodelling needs.Services: Install flooring
