Pet Grooming

This was my first time taking my pup to Bonsai Pet for grooming (as I live in Cleveland but was house/dogsitting for a friend) and I couldn't be happier that I chose them!! Kate did an amazing job on my pup!!! (Before & after pics attached) She looked better I expected and she was much calmer when I dropped her off than she is with her groomer back home. Kate also trimmed my friend's dog's nails....he hates having his nails clipped and he can be quite a "jerk" but, after she muzzled him, it took her about 5 minutes to clip and file all 4 paws. I highly recommend Bonsai Pet for all your grooming needs!!! They also have a good selection of homemade treats along with some really cute toys for dogs and cats!! I will definitely bring my pup back next time we're in town!!! Thank you Kate!!!

Sue does such a wonderful job on our goldendoodle Murphy. Stylish trims in the cooler months and tight cuts for the summer leaves him comfortable year round. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Our two Golden Retrievers LOVE this place and so do we! I can't even drive by when it's not "their day" because they will whine and cry and they can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive! Those GR tails start going a mile a minute. It's very reassuring to know that they enjoy being there! They participate weekly in day camp and swimming with trainer Laura (their absolute favorite activity with one of their favorite humans). Our 5 year old does therapy swim sessions for a CCL injury (it's made a world of difference) and our 1 year old swims for fun and much needed exercise. We've also utilized their night camp and training and feel they are always loved and well cared for. They are groomed by Hailey and they always look and smell so nice! Highly recommend!
