Very friendly and helpful staff. I only encountered one incident. I asked for my grands check and monies to go into her into checking person and/or savings, went into me and my husband’s instead. Luckily, I looked and the receipt before I left the drive thru and brought it to their attention, this was cleared up immediately. Must have been a new person, oh well, things happen regardless! Well done! Thanks for your great service!

Long time member. It used to be a great bank with caring, competent and efficient staff. It's going downhill lately. Lots of mistakes, very slow mobile deposits, errors with in person transactions. I was really dissappointed at how much longer this bank stayed closed after the pandemic ended. I realize it's cheaper to have fewer staff, but some transactions must be performed face to face.KCU felt like a local community bank when I joined. Now they've grown into a large chain and I'm just a number.

I had to leave this post here as a sign of gratitude since that is one of the least she asked of me. When financing my car I was told it would be through Chrysler Captial. All of sudden I have mail from Kohler stating my car payment is due to them in 2 days. Now at first this was a whatever fine thing. But upon further review, while trying to make said car payment. 1 they do not do auto bill pay. Or they do but I have to open a checking account and deposit money that way. 2. If i opened said account and transferred money over it's a 3% fee EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just to make a car payment. 3. Forced to open a checking account since my car loan is through them. 4. Now. I have to physically drop off a check at a branch every single month because when I mail it in. It take 2 to 3 WEEKS to process the check. So I was getting hit with late fees that aren't my fault. This is a very frustrating ordeal, and once I move states I will be refinancing my car through a different bank since kohler is just a wisconsin bank and honestly i dont want to deal with it anymore.

Great service. Was able to get a car loan and a personal loan to help build my wife's and mine credit back up after our bankruptcy 3 years ago. Our bank didn't want to help us so we changed banks. KCU as been very helpful. Thanks. We go to the Saukville branch

Called to put a loan request through Saturday afternoon with my mother as a co signer. I was told they would back to me within 2 to 3 business days. On the 4th day, Thursday, I called to ask about it and I was told that no application was found and that they could do a new one with me. I said no because the first application had my mother's info on there to be a co signer. They then transferred me to a man named Josh who took his time on getting back to me. This morning he calls to tell me I was denied and when I asked if my mothers info was on there and he told me no. So in that case they went and sent through another application without my consent leaving yet another hard inquiry on my credit report. This loan was for an auto purchase as my current vehicle is no longer safe to operate. Being only 21 this is my first time going through these processes and KCU has done nothing but make this as difficult as can be. By the time this is over with I may be taking my banking needs elsewhere as this is not the first time I've had issues with this organization. Would never reccomend this bank to any of my friends and family.

I came here to fix some fees. I went up to the wheelchair access door only to find it locked. I errantly thought the whole lobby was closed so I used the drive through. The clerk told me the lobby is open until 5 (it was just after 4). Turns out, it is open. Just the handicapped door is locked. I was charged for transferring money from savings to checking too many times. They only removed one out of 3 $30 fees. I guess it is my fault for not knowing their hidden fee schedule. Time to find a new credit union.

I went for a car loan. It was my first time at buying a new vehicle. My credit score WAS over 700 and by the time he got done with it my credit score was down to 625. He got a credit score from the lowest bureau after it dropped then he tells me that he would have to charge me 8.99 financing at 84 months. I have been banking there for over three years and always had a substantial amount of money in my account. He totally tried to take advantage of me. I am not happy about the way I was treated. There must be commission in it for him to do that. After it was all said and done I've thought about it and have decided to close my account and take my money to a bank that will welcome me and appreciate me as a new customer and want to give me a fair loan without treating me like that. I would put his name on here but I have more integrity than that but I hope his boss reads this and wants to address it in a professional and personal matter. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment these days. My first car buying experience is totally shot just like my new credit score. Thanks kohler for setting me way back!!!
