When we first met with Kim to discuss what we wanted, we knew immediately we chose the right company to do our remodeling project. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered us great ideas and suggestions. She then followed up with a computerized design so we could see how the finished bathroom would look. Then when it came down to picking out flooring and tile, Kim’s numerous years of design experience made picking out tile and flooring easy and fun. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
The team which consisted of Kim, her husband Greg, son Jordan and his girlfriend, Sam were highly professional, courteous, and attentive to all our needs and preferences and all were fun to work with. Everyone including the subcontractors were respectful of our property and I felt treated our home as if it were their very own. The craftsmanship and quality of work were top-notch, exceeding our expectations.
Throughout the remodeling process, communication was clear and timely, ensuring that I was always informed about the progress and any changes.
