Charged my card when they weren't supposed weve been dealing with them for some time now.....but lately have been having problems with them they knew when we were supposed to pay but now it's different why? Nothings changed in the last 4 years? Do not recommend they made a mistake and couldn't own up to it will not be going back it's obvious the people that work here never really had to work for anything just got everything handed to them from daddy

Replaced the side mirror of my car at the fraction of the retailers price . It looks and works perfect. They even helped the passage ger door stop creaking . The overall bill came out less then originally stated . The employees are helpful and nice as well.

Have saved me several times getting me in when my alternator went and a different time when a tire needed replacing immediately. I called early in the day for the alternator expecting it to take a day or two but was surprised when they fit me in that day and despite being told it would likely get done the next day had my car back to me by 5pm that day!

Called eddies to tow our truck from West Bend to their shop in Saukville on a Friday morning. Let us know the starter was the issue and we’d have it back early the next week. We got a call on Tuesday expecting to be able to pick our car up, turns out they actually crashed our car taking off of the tow truck and they needed to take it somewhere else to be fixed. We understand mistakes happen, but we should’ve been notified immediately. We were out of a car for WEEKS. The whole door ended up needing to be replaced at the dealership. We then got a call asking us for payment for the original towing and parts. Absolutely ridiculous that we have to pay after you crash and wreck our vehicle. I would not recommend anyone coming here and getting work done, unless you want to risk them wrecking your car like they did ours.

The front office and technicians answered all my questions and took care of all of my needs. An impromptu additional check was performed with the usual friendliness and efficiency. Highly recommend Eddie’s. Awesome Christmas decorations too! Cheers!!

While driving home from Wi to Illinois my car stalled at an intersection after getting gas.The Sheriff Dept called Eddie's and the tow truck was there in less than 10 minutesThe service technician Peter quickly identified the problem even though he had other work to do! Thanks!!!!Then Brittany in the office started making calls to obtain the part required a fuel pump Sadly it was coming from a warehouse from Chicago and would not arrive until the next day!She then drove me to a nearby hotel and the next morning made additional calls to see if she could find the pump! She did and it was delivered at 11:30 and a very short time Peter installed the pump and I was ready to go.Kelly another office gal came to the hotel to pick me up Kudo's to Brittany for her friendly service, quick responses and going way above and beyond Both Kelly who is training Brittany were incredible!Highly recommend! A special thanks to the tow truck driver, Peter, Brittany and KellyYou are all awesome!

Friends and I were 3 hours into a long road trip up north when our car started leaking on the passenger side. Luckily we found Eddie's Service. Paul looked at our car right away and explained what was wrong. He was so nice and helped us get it fixed to make the rest of our trip. It was last minute for him and he wouldn't take a dollar. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making us feel safe and helping us out!

My car was making some weird vibration. I took it to Eddie's to have it looked at. Per the mechanic one of my calipers needed an adjustment. Work was completed in a timely manner and I am happy with the results.

Was turned away because of the receptionist’s failure to take correct information. Had an appointment but was told “ well we weren’t expecting to fix anything today “ and could hear the mechanics swearing in the background about having to work on it. Had to just leave and go elsewhere.

I had my oil changed.They charged me for 6 quarts of oil even thou the owners manual says it only takes 5 quarts (with filter).My conclusion is that either the factory manual is wrong or they either charged me for oil they didn't install or over filled the crankcase.I am very disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance
