This dude is some sort of scam artist. I found his listing through Facebook Marketplace. He was not immediately transparent about the fact that he is not an individual seller but instead a used car salesman at a small lot in Sauk City. First red flag: I asked for a Carfax and he did not have one. He did give me the VIN, so I paid out of pocket for the Carfax. Second red flag: The Carfax revealed damage to the vehicle that occurred the same month that the car came into his possession…. yet when I asked him about it, he claimed not to know about it. Third MAJOR red flag: I asked to have the car inspected by my mechanic. Crickets. I never heard back from him after that. Anyone selling a used car should expect that the buyer will want their own mechanic to inspect it. If they don’t allow that, RUN. The same car is still available for sale… he just doesn’t want to sell to someone who’s going to do their homework. I would never buy a car from someone this sketchy.

Super nice guy, he was really honest about the issues the car had and gave more than a fair price for a used car if its condition. I've had it for about a year now, and aside from some minor issues, it hasn't needed any work, and again, this car was incredibly affordable for the consistency it provides. He seems to be kind and is trying to give people a fair price for used cars. He is transparent about any issues, a car might have, but as far as I am aware you should expect any used cars to have issues.

This place is absolutely disgusting. He is a scammer. He knows exactly what is wrong with these cars, cuts the catalytic converters off of EVERY CAR and sells them for welllll overpriced. Sold us multiple cars that had MANY things wrong with them. Has threatened us on multiple occasions and is just completely unprofessional!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!

I am investigating this car shop I have seen on Google this is not a choice were the dealership to go to I have called this man two times he is scared to answer the phone because you know he’s going out of business once I contact authorities

Very disappointed. Rafal said he would help me with the air conditioning before I bought the car, which he didn't, then three days after I bought it, the engine light came on, then stopped working. Do not buy from Wiscarsin. I thought he was a nice guy, but I'm positive he knew things were wrong with the car before I bought it.

I bought an SUV from here and about a month later it started having massive problems. The roof leaked, an oil leak at the main seal and timing cover, all brakes were bad and I had to replace. It broke down on me for a fuel injection fail. My mechanic took it and said the dealer knew about all these problems especially about the oil leak. There was stop leak treatment in the oil from the last oil change and codes have been cleared previously when he checked the check engine. Issues doesn't just pop out of no where at that rate. When I spoke to owner about the car before buying he said "nothing" was wrong with it. I went back to negotiate a trade of price reduction, he agreed but later avoided me for a year. I found him again and he once again said he would help and when we agreed to a trade he tried to say he sold it to me for a cheap price lower than the value of the car and I had the receipt that showed he sold it to me for 7k instead of the low low price of 6k that he said he sold it to me. Don't be fooled, he seems nice but will sell you trash. I found out that he has been sued a few times and he has no staff to actually look over his cars. My lawyer wanted to sue him but I really don't have the time to deal with petty individuals like him. His business will fall and so will his future schemes. I tried to be patient with this guy for 2 years. HE will probably make up some false reply to justify his bad business practices as he does to all the one star reviews. There's a few reviews on here similar to mine. There's a pattern. I would give this company zero stars if allowed. I dare him to reply without taking responsibility. I have text and other proof he's full of it. Lets go man. You're up....

I've bought 3 cars off Rafal in the 2 years and he is a very Up front seller good prices and very helpful when I'm need of repair opened shop to me in need no hassle no issues I will continue to buy again and again just used cars are exactly that used not new he does best to treat every one fair no complaints
