The service advisors were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth, and I'm so glad to have such a reliable service option close to home. This was my first car from Kayser and I love it. Yoshio was my helper and he is the best! He makes sure you have everything you need and is always available for questions. He is new but he is so good at making you feel comfortable and doesn't push you into making decisions. I would recommend asking for him for help if you can. He's so nice and easy to talk to!!

Yoshio was fantastic! He is knowledgeable, attentive, customer oriented, and genuine. He made sure that the purchase was right for our family, knew what our other options there were, and that we were taken care of every step of the way. It didn’t feel like we were purchasing from a sales representative, but rather a friend. The entire team took care of us. Thank you very much and we’ll be back.

Fantastic online experience. Michael Ryan and Amanda worked hard for me and came through with a great deal. Both had amazing contact with me throughout the entire experience. I love using Sauk Ford store for service in my Expedition. They always offer transportation OR accommodation so I can continue to do my daily activities. They go above and beyond! Would recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful small town customer service, they made the buying process easy and simple, drove about 5 hours for my vehicle and couldn't have had a better experience. They provided video and truthful details about the vehicle as well as setting me up with in information I needed for a quick transaction. Big shout out to Mike from Sales, he was very personable and made the buying experience enjoyable. Thanks guys!
