Took back my coat that wasn't clean enough. No problem. No charge. Also, my coat in storage picked up a terrible grease type smell I couldn't get out. They did. Nice people. Good service

I like the service, they’re sweet and nice. But this is my second time taking two dresses there so they could fit it. But this time they exceeded in the prices. I was charged 126 for two dress cuts. I think it’d exaggerated to have a price like that in their work. Everything else is amazing I really like their service.

I brought my wife's wool coat in to be cleaned. The cat had used the bottom of the coat for her bed and we were sure it was ruined because of all the cat fur. We took it in on Monday, picked it up today, and it looks brand new! Which is saying something because this coat is over 20 years old with a lot of sentimental meaning for my wife. Excellent job! I brought in a down comforter and a bulky matteress topper/pad. The owner was courteous, personable, and professional. 3-day turnaround and at a very reasonable price. They even got out an old coffee stain that was on the down comforter! Highly recommended.Services: Comforter cleaning

Highly recommend!!!! Great place to take large comforters or quilts! Everything comes back smelling so fresh and no chemical smells. Super friendly and fast service!!

Very impressed with this business. Took my comforter in to be cleaned and they did a great job in a timely manner. There apparently was a little tear in a seam and they sewed it up, no charge. I would definitely recommend them.

Beware of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever done business with. The owner made a mistake causing damage to the dress we brought in for a cleaning. No big deal right mistakes happen but, once we brought it to their attention the owner claimed he had no idea that pins were holding a flower on between the seams, even though we brought that to his attention when we dropped it off. He then had a seamstress come in to fix the issue. Which I thought would be a happy ending at this point. But unfortunately they both just complained and bickered between themselves the whole time about what happened. The seamstress agreed the owner should have removed the pins so this wouldn't have been an issue but he proceeded to disagree and blame me the customer. The seamstress seemed frustrated for having to fix the issue in the first place and kept trying to convince me the flower isn't needed as it won't be visible in pictures. And to top it off as I was about to leave the owner says to take my future business to Madison. I highly suggest taking the owners own advice as I will.
