Was advertised it carried a certain item went there to get it. I couldn't find help finally went to check out to ask but was told they don't carry that item so on to the next place

I had a tremendous experience working with Paul at the Sauk Prairie store. He found the best way to make my project work He asked questions and respected my ideas. He didn’t make me feel clueless. What a great employee!!!
