Every time I use this Walgreens, they claim my insurance won’t go through. They cash it out and take my money. Well I just asked them to confirm my insurance and she tried to tell me I have 4 different insurances and the one they used expires in Dec 31, 2023. Umm I’ve been in state insurance for the last 11 years. Never had a problem with Lake Geneva, or Antioch, but every time here!! I asked for a reimbursement and she hung up on me! Great customer service—-NOT

I have been a customer of Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin since 2004, which going on 20 plus years. I have been a loyal customer of the Paddock Lake, Wisconsin Walgreens because of the phenomenal employees they have there. Joe the pharmacist is one of the best doctor of pharmacy I have ever met in my 59 years of life. Nobody comes close. Alisa, from the pharmacy department hands down always goes above and beyond and takes her time in answering any question I have. Alisa always asks me if I understood everything she said and if I have any other questions. Alisa makes me feel like I am a VIP (lol) and is probably the only person that probably does. Alisa is phenomenal and love it whenever she helps me. When my question is a little too complex, Alisa will go and ask the pharmacist on duty and gets me the right answer where I do not have second thoughts after I hang up. Mikayla, the drive-thru phamacy technician always sparks up my day. Mikayla is always in a great mood with a million dollar smile. Mikayla also asks me if I have any questions for the phamacists, which I know they all do, but not the way Mikayla asks. Mikayla is full of positive energy and no matter how long the drive thru line can be, after Mikayla takes your order or gives your prescription, it will make your day. Last by not least, Assistant Manager Catlin Morgan is the best represention of why Walgreens is not just my pharmacy of choice, but the general store of choice. Assistant Store Manager Catlin Morgan always go out of his way to make sure I get the merchandise I came to Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin store. Catlin Morgan will walk me over to the island where the product I am looking for. Catlin Morgan leads by example. Even though he is the assistant manager of Walgreens, there are other store employees he can delegate to help me. Unlike other managers I have dealt with at other Walgreens, Catlin Morgan takes charge and acts like any new store employee and does it himself. Amazing young man and I have the utmost respect for Catlin Morgan. I want to thank the head of Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin Store and upper management at Walgreens Corp. for have such a great team of professional represent your great awesome brand Walgreens. It is the people that make a great company and a great brand. Now I know why Walgreens has such a great brand and is the one and only pharmacy for me the past 20 years and will be the only pharmacy in my lifetime. No other competitor comes close. God Bless you all, our silent heroes.

Joe at the pharmacy is without a doubt heaven sent! He spent hours calling around to local Walgreens to locate prescription for my asthmatic 6 month old baby while their systems were down!

Worst pharmacy ever. I wish my doctor would stop using this pharmacy because I have problems every time I go here. Either they don't run insurance and have to "give them more time" or they give incorrect information. Was told today my medication is backordered but then another tech picks up phone and tells me they have it. Do better or at least be kind and friendly instead of rude and nasty.

I can not tell you how many times I get a call saying my prescription is ready for pickup and then drive there only to be told it’s not ready for pickup and to please come back later. It seems they are processing orders as complete to get paid but not actually processing the medication.

Pharmacists are great but no consistancy in tech who are in need of customer service training. Husband who shouldnt be driving had to pick up meds. This young dark haired snit who wasnt even in a proper uniform kept repetition lying asking address phone number of which we have 2. Been going there 25 yrs thinking about getting mail service meds

If I could do negative stars I would! Slowest pharmacy ever!! And communication here is horrible! Especially with insurance! Always on hold for so long it’s ridiculous! Worst Walgreens out there. The pharmacist back there are so slow and don’t know what they are doing. Almost like they hired anyone off the street. Very rude and don’t seem to want to help when there is an issue. Told me to call my insurance even tho I have insurance and the card right in front of them because they can’t process it. It’s Sunday!! Idk how much more proof they need if my insurance. Showed them my card and my online account saying it’s active

This is the absolute worst walgreens I have ever been to. They refilled the wrong prescription (which I am very allergic to) over 10 times. When I told them to please make note that I am allergic to that medicine they told me "Yeah we can put that in your notes, but we never look at the notes." Not only did they do that, they gave me expired injection medicine. They had also put my needles on "delayed" for over a month. My doctor had called to get me the right medicine and to get me my needles and when they did so they told her that they had it and could swap it out. when I went in to do so they told me, after 10 minutes of them searching around, that I would have to wait for them to re-order it. They had also told my doctor they had had my needles in for a while. Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Great store. Pharmacy is a hit or miss. New Pharmacy employees need to listen to customers more. Management needs to train more customer service to it new Pharmacy employees. Been coming here for years.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 tests online. When I arrived at the store they told me they canceled my appointment and I would have to reschedule. Go anywhere else, it’s worth the drive to avoid the headache of dealing with this place.
