I was referred to Jody, so I already had high expectations, but I can confidently say he still managed to exceed them every step of the way. While selling my first home, Jody made sure all of my questions were answered and was very proactive throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very honest with what I should expect. All in all, I had a great experience, and if I wasn't relocating out of state, I'd definitely be working with Jody to buy my next house!

Unbelievable how much Jody helped me with the process of buying my first house, months were spend helping me find a house I loved with a much smaller budget and he was in no rush to sell anything 100% made sure I was comfortable and knew what I was getting into with each property ups and downs and all. There is no other realtor besides Jody. My husband and I were buying our first home 7 years ago and he treated us like family, giving us pointers on what to look for and what to look out for.
