We have had two great urgent care experiences at this facility. The nurses and doctors are caring and fantastic with kids. We never had to wait long to be seen. Very clean. Easy parking.

Great Dr.s and staff I have been to this Urgent Care Facilities only a few times. seen right awa no waiting. Very kind and caring both Nurse and Dr Keven. He even contacted referral specialist and made sure I got an appt to be seen asap.

Lucky to even get a 1 star. I'm done with this location. Noone is friendly, no one cares, and you never hear from anyone. You have to call to get your results. They push pills more then listening to your needs. Lose your blood for tests that are to be done. Never know why I'm in there or don't bother to collect the right information for some appointments. Worst location to go to.

LOOK AT NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE GIVING THEM ANY WEIGHT. If people have specific problems they have a duty to explain them in their review. One reviewer has given this place a 1 star for being mislabeled as an urgent care facility; that's not even the fault of the facility. It's like morons who give products 1 star on Amazon because it showed up a day late despite the fact that they liked the product.

I strongly encourage anyone reading this to watch Bleed Out before putting anyone under Aurora's care. I wouldn't put my pet hamster with a bruised ear under their care let alone a human being. If your goal is to inflict suffering on a family member, Aurora is the place to take him or her.

I am not sure what the negative comments are about. I have been going to Aurora Hospital Systems and Offices my entire life and always had great care. I have been at this location with Dr. Rochwani - excellent!

The staff and doctor were all very nice, patient and helpful. I've seen the doctor and nurses a couple of times, and very have never had to wait long. Would highly recommend!

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY, EVEN THOUGH IT IS WHAT COMES UP ON GOOGLE. THERE ARE NO URGENT CARE FACILITIES IN THIS AREA!!! VERY UNFORTUNATE!!!
