We couldn't use our normal boat rental place this year because we had a last minute trip and they were booked. So, we tried Premier Powersports since they had available boats. Now we know why they had availability. We were not up for a full week, but they charged us a full week rental for a pontoon anyways which was already disappointing. They were also closed on Sunday, our arrival day, so we lost out on more time with the boat. Pickup was smooth aside from having to go back because they didn’t give us an anchor. We took pictures of some damage that we noticed before it went into the water. The boat itself worked nicely during our time with it, so no issues there. Dropping back off was also smooth, but we had to follow to the gas station to refill the tank. On our drive home, we received a call that they were going to charge us for damage to the prop. We sent in a photo that we luckily took to show there was damage upon Pickup. They still insisted that it was rougher than when we received it and they would be charging us for the repair. Disappointed that it was fine going out with damage but now they need to repair it on our dime. It should have been repaired prior to going out so they could be sure anything further was indeed caused by the current renter. So, overall, we would not recommend renting from Premier. They will nickel and dime you - charging for a full week despite not renting for the full week/not being open for delivery, paying for the gas and also being charged for "damages" upon return, in addition to fees for using a credit card, which we didn't have a choice with for the "damages" after we left. They claimed they "split the cost" of the repair since we had photos to prove its' condition prior to going out, but they were fully prepared to charge us the full cost of the repair before we said we had pictures. That leads us to believe they will try to get away with charging customers for fake repairs. They should have documented any damage before renting it out. Luckily we took the pictures - highly recommend you document everything if you choose to rent with this place. Use caution. We will not be back.

Brian and his team at Premier Powersports are great - they do awesome work. I’ve had my boat there twice to fix issues that have cropped up on visits to St Germain. Both times they were able to work me in and salvaged my trip. Cannot thank them enough!

I came up opening weekend in hopes to get my dads boat set up for him before he arrived. I went in thinking I would get the boat back in a few days and be charged to get the boat all connected and ready to go for the summer. Bryan came out and sat with me for about 15 minutes and showed me exactly how to do it. A week or so later we had issues with our fish locator and stopped in and dropped the boat off and got it back THE SAME DAY!! We have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. Thanks again to Bryan and staff.

Stocked reliable snowmobile/accessories dealer. Great people to work with. They will order if oos. My go to KLIM clothing store. A huge thank you, once again, to the staff for making gift time a breeze. My boyfriend was looking for a special type of snwmbl visor last season that wasn’t on market yet. They kept his request in mind and called him when they got their hands on one. Hello excellence. Customer service is far better than most around. I never get the your bothering me attitude. Amazing ppl there.

Brian and Wendy have built a high quality business. We have serviced our boat and snowmobiles at Premier since they opened. Recently, we worked with Greg to purchase a pontoon. Greg was super helpful in guiding us to the boat that works best for our needs. The team is honest, knowledgeable, and professional.

I inadvertently posted an earlier post and have removed it.However, I did stop by and speak with Brian about purchasing a new 9.9hp Mercury outboard motor. Brian was helpful, kind and patient with all of my questions regarding the new boat motor. I would recommend this place to everyone.
