I stopped in tonight with my friend to get snacks- from the second we walked in, we both noticed the cashier was giving us dirty looks as we were walking through the store debating what snacks to get. we weren’t loud, belligerent, or disrespectful in any way. we took maybe 5 minutes to decide what we wanted to eat, talking quietly amongst ourselves during this process. I grabbed a bag of cookies and realized it had a small hole in it , so i grabbed a different bag that did not have a hole in it. when i brought my items up to the cashier, whom the receipt says is WINDY J, i was immediately accused of stealing because I exchanged the oreos for a package without a hole in them. I tried to explain this and was cut off by Windy and then asked why I took so long. I have never experienced such horrible treatment for no reason! I did NOTHING wrong, and any security camera footage will back this up. I told Windy I did not appreciate her hostility, to which she doubled down on her aggressive attitude, angrily claiming that “it’s her job”. apparently her job is to harass and falsely accuse paying customers who simply took a few minutes to browse out of indecision. she should be fired immediately. i will never go back here. Little Saint gas station up the road is much nicer and their employees are kind and professional. this was the worst customer service experience I have ever underwent. Shame on Windy and shame on Krist for employing a person who clearly has unaddressed mental health concerns that cause her to act aggressive and paranoid.

Stopped in for supplies 2 nights while we stayed in St Germaine. The same young man was there both times receipt says Garrett. He greeted us upon arrival & was very friendly. Something that is often lacking today.The station was clean and shelves stocked. So cufos!

Best gas station in St. Germain. Really great manager and staff, store is very clean and well stocked. Only place in St. Germain open until 10pm, and hot food!

Great service, the gal who runs the store does an amazing job for what she's given and won't find a more better humorous service other than her and the older gentleman that works there as well. Down to earth people who try their best while always being understaffed.

This place is trash n wont spend another penny in there! They treat their employees like garbage Running out of gas on several occasions. I will b telling my friends who frequent St Germain area to take their business elsewhere....good day

Cashier was extremely rude. No sign on pump showing that they were out of fuel. When I went in to ask why the pump wasn't working she informed me that they were out of diesel AND I told me I had to wait in line and pay 5 cents for the fuel I pumped.

Why do you have to close at 8pm on a Friday. This store blows now.
