When looking to convert a school bus to a food truck for our nonprofit @cheflucasfood, I began collaborating with Josh and Chelsea at Caged Crow because of the unique nature of the project and the excellent reputation they were already building. I could not be happier with our choice to go with Caged Crow. Josh went the extra mile to give us as much value he could. They pay attention to the small details and do fantastic work! They worked our project in to their busy schedule as well as worked with me when I needed changes on short notice -- to include a huge upgrade to our generator. He even built me a small BBQ trailer and exceeded my expectations all the way on that too. After getting to know Josh and Chelsea, I am proud to call them my friends and look forward to more builds in the future!

Josh, Chelsea, and the rest of the team at Caged Crow are true professionals. Their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot any issues along the fabrication process went above and beyond what we could've imagined. Always receptive and communicative, Josh made sure that we were satisfied with every step of the process, often chatting at length about possible solutions throughout the build. Their craftsmanship in transforming our step van into a food truck was impeccable, from the custom sink cabinet and rear platform to the white interior walls and A/C unit. These guys truly are the best!

Josh and his team are passionate about their craft and care about the product they deliver to you. They are not here to mass produce trailers, but rather to offer you something unique that makes you stand out from the rest. I highly recommend, even if you are not from Wisconsin as they are easy to work with and Josh is there to answer any questions you may have. Highly functional really cool food trucks! Thanks

Josh went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations 10 fold. We had a vision, and he pushed it to the next level. His commitment to get the job done no matter what it takes is something you don't find everyday. We had an extremely tight deadline and he did whatever it took to make sure that was met. The attention to detail and quality of work is unmatched, and we could not be happier with the finished product.
