“One Storage Storage has Great prices, the units are nice. The staff responds right away if there is a concern. It is safe,there are security cameras, and a keyad entrance into the garage areas. There is an elevator to move between floors. It is great you don't have to deal with the weather outside while moving your belongings, because the inside is temperature controlled. My only concern is that they used to have like 3 carts to help you load your items ,since I'm on the 3rd floor, i need them. Now, I cant seem to find any. I don't know if people re taking them, But They Need to get More ASAP. other than that, I really like using One Stop Storage.”

“Very fast and friendly service. I really appreciate how quickly things went, from the sign up on the website, to signing the lease and getting the keys. I’m terrible at remembering names, but the man who worked the front desk today was pretty dope. He was very helpful. A lot of storage companies expect you to figure things out on your own once you get the keys, so I certainly appreciate him showing us where the unit was and how to get around the grounds. I probably would’ve never figured it out without him lol! Thanks for all your help this morning!!”

“For posted hours the office is technically open, however, keep in mind the store register cashes out about 30minutes prior. We had a storage unit to pick up here and were unable to pay after 530pm because we were notified the drawers cash out at that time and the remaining 30 minutes the associates are cleaning up/wrapping other things up. If you need anything financial to take care of that requires you to be in person would recommend to keep this in mind. I spoke with Heather and she was informative and professional. Thanks Heather”

“I have rented with them twice. There is a reason for twice! To state the obvious, if I wasn't happy the first time, there would not have been a second. The first time was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. The second time was even better. I ended up renting (3) 10X15's and not only was the price fair, Shannon bent over backward to make sure that they were close to each other. Good pricing, decent access hours, properly designed for drainage and aeration and the customer service was exactly what you would want as a customer. Which I am!”
“Great place. Place is clean, bathroom immaculate (touch free), gate always works even in the vortex, snow is removed well, elevator works well, reasonable rules not excessive. Centrally located, friendly competent helpful staff, secure with lots of cameras, not crowded, climate well maintained, as is everything else, nothing is broken or frustrating that I'm aware of. Probably best storage experience I've had out of the 5 or 6 I've had.”
