Disorganized management. We received a call saying we needed to empty our unit 1 week after pre paying for 3 months. They then said oops, we must have been looking at the wrong unit. We then received another call after emptying our unit (2 weeks before our contract was up) saying they saw us putting items into another unit and that we need to come back and empty the other unit. Which is not true whatsoever. Very poor management to accuse customers multiple times of wrong doing for absolutely no reason.

They charged rent after I had moved out, causing an overdraft in the account I was using for the automatic payments. It took 11 days and contacting them twice to get refunded for the rent, but they did nothing about the $68 is fees I was charged by my bank for THEIR mistake.
