So I went to the store today to see a state can replace my mom‘s phone but they didn’t really explain it that well when my mom went to buy it, they said they don’t provide their insurance insurance provider some manufacture work with the insurance that work with says that we had to send the phone back and order for the warranty to take place while my mom is diabetic and she cannot be without a phone at any time. Her sugar could go down really fast. They didn’t provide a second option for me besides me paying money plus my mom paid 189.99 Plus tax they wanted to give her $81 which is not enough to buy a new Don’t buy at the store unless they explain to you everything Plus, the insurance will not give me a full refund from August They only gave me eight dollars back. I feel like this is the way to steal money from customers. and it should be stopped. I feel like we are taking advantage Not helping your customers been a loyal customer since 2000 I feel very dissatisfied with Cricket and I looking for a new home for my service

Imad(I believe that was his name ) he's the younger gentleman about later 20s early 30s was extremely helpful he figured out the issue ( which cricket tech and support couldn't) and gave me a new free Sim card even though the one I had got was brand new and that seemed to fix the issue. He definitely knows what he is doing and I appreciate the help! Cricket is always been a pleasure to work with and specially this cricket store!

On 3/20/23 I went to Cricket cause I wanted to switch over from boost mobile. I must say the customer service was great! I left with exactly that I wanted and they took care of me! 5 out 5!

Got there at 5:52 . 8 minutes before he closed to pay my bill and the young guy says he is closed. Funny thing is the sign says 6. This is not my first bad customer service issue there . Maybe the owner should hear that his employees dont want my money as it must not be green enough. I hope he sees this. Not going back there. I'll go back to boost.

Terrible employees who answer the phone just to hang up. If your not happy to work at Cricket by all means quit your job. It's not hard to help your customers.

I came in and upgraded my phone recently and the guy bara was very knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my data was transferred over. I recommend this location to everyone I know that uses cricket
