Every time I go there someone can't fulfill my monetary transactions. They have to call on their side and keep saying it's my card or ID. I called my card and they said it's the authorization on Walmart side. They don't want to call and fix it lazy workers here.

Unfortunately the Walmart pick up system isn’t organized well. This could work really great if they would actually take the first come first serve checking in. However, each time I come here I’m maybe second in line at five or more people get their groceries before I do. I’m frustrated and I’ve had enough. Please do something to remedy this. Also, customer service is below average as far as friendliness and helpfulness. The same day I found a handicap bathroom and women’s full of fecal on the toilet seat. Nobody did anything about it when I report it to the customer service.

I went here for fabric. Cat fabric, to be exact. And they had it. Their craft department is not well stocked like other wal marts, but they have what you need. It was a clean store. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

It is incredibly rare for me to leave a negative review but, this site is the worst for pick up of any Walmart I've shopped. This is the 3rd time in about a year that we've had major issues. The first time we were told that their system was having issues and they simply had not filled our order. Tonight was the 2nd time we were told that our order was delayed. When my husband asked the site manager if they could give a general idea of the length of delay, he was told they have no idea. He had driven 1/2 hour out of his way to utilize this option and the managers comment was, "yep, well there's a lot of other people whose orders are delayed too". Is that suppose to make it seem better?? Manager finally said they would be at least an hour delayed. No apology, no offer of recovery service and terrible customer service. We canceled our order and will not be returning. Sorry, but 3 strikes of crummy customer service, and you're out.
