Did not understand the difference between certified mail and certificate of mailing. Felt great paying an $3 for what was simply postal worker incompetence all while speaking condescending to me because like I don't know what im talking about even though I gave her the form number and everything...

I came to this usps to send out my live fish to my customers. This lady there made me feel embarassed and unwelcome telling me i can't send live fish, which i been doing for years. Needs more training. I dont know if i want to take my business and hard earn money there anymore. The embarassment i felt. I would like a apology

Worst delivery of mail ever. It's now 5:30 p.m. and still no mail. Personally, I think the problem is too big of a route for the driver. There are days we don't get mail till after 7:00 p.m. I would be fired if this was my job performance.

Worst post office ever!!! We hardly ever get our mail because we live on a street that has public parking. If anyone if parks in front of our mailbox the mail carrier is to lazy to get out of the car. If by chance we do get our mail, it's addressed to some other person, not us. Some days they don't even come by to deliver it, mostly Saturdays. Not even worth giving one star but I had to in order to post!

Half an hour after my package arrived at the post office, they marked it Undeliverable and shipped it back to the sender, never giving me an opportunity to pick it up in person.

I live on Deer Lake. It seems that the St. Croix Post Office will not go down my road to deliver orders shipped by USPO. Fed Ex has no issues with the road and I have had multiple deliveries using their services. The last example is that the local post office returned the package saying it was not the correct address. This was not the case. I am concerned that they just returned the package because they won't deliver it to my house. Why would they not just put a slip in the box and I would come to the post office to get it? Granted we are seasonal people, but we do receive regular mail.
